Miguel Ángel Díaz Sánchez is a veterinarian and international expert in leadership and communication within the veterinary sector. He graduated from the Complutense University of Madrid in 1990 and holds a diploma in Internal Medicine from the European School for Advanced Veterinary Studies (ESAVS) in Utrecht, as well as advanced training in Orthopaedics and Traumatology. For over 25 years, he owned and managed his own veterinary practice, which grew from a small office into a 24-hour hospital with a team of 17 employees. This extensive clinical experience serves as the foundation for his current work in professional development. Since 2017, Miguel Ángel has dedicated himself full-time to coaching and training veterinary professionals globally. He is a certified executive coach through the Center for Executive Coaching (USA) and the International Coaching Community (ICC), and a certified trainer in Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats method. As the director of New Way Coaching, he provides consulting, workshops, and individual coaching sessions focused on conflict resolution, team leadership, and effective communication. He is also the author of the book '7 Keys to Successfully Running a Veterinary Practice,' which has been translated into multiple languages.
